2) 服務範圍包括無限次上門提送回廠檢查及維修服務之人工費。(上門維修服務及更換消耗性物品，如墨水盒、碳粉盒，感光鼓等配件及耗材，價錢則須另議。)
3) NeoTech保留是否接受參加服務計劃之權利，並可派員檢查打印機是否運作正常。
4) 離島及偏遠地區將收取附加費。
5) 所有優惠不可同時使用。
6) 如有任何爭議，neotechshop.com或百里達公司保留最終決定權。
